Role -
Group Leader – In-process Audit Quality Operations
Responsibility
- Overall responsible for the process audit process.
- Ensure effective implementation of all the quality standard requirements.
- Review JES, SOS, SOP, KYT, STS, TIS, PFMEA, PSR.
- Process audit from start of end of manufacturing process.
- Drive for closure for All shop Process audit observations & QCOS audit observation with all stake holders.
- Identify potential customer concerns and initiate ICA & PCA.
- Strengthen process audit system with technological upgradation.
- Conduct layered audits as per schedule.
- Lead new launch readiness as per launch glide path.
- Ensure Implementation of MGPS Requirements on shop floors.
- Prepare Daily report of Quality update in coordination with CFT.
- End of Line equipment process audit
- Critical issue (Observations) sharing to Quality & Mfg. Leadership.
- Vehicle Build card Designing & Ordering
- Safety Management in Shop Floor.
- Training, Kaizens and improvements in Shop floor.
Candidate-
- BE/B. Tech (electrical/mechanical) with 3-8 years of experience in Preferably OEM / Auto sector . Paint process knowledge is must.
- Sound knowledge of cars and assembly process, quality and manufacturing, Process audit & QCOS audit
