Job Description-
- Regular FT Export Products Improvements & updation as per Market requirement (File note sign off, Cost Impact finalization with Design, Product Specs sign off with CFT, CFT review etc)
- Market Intelligence, Field visits ( Competition benchmarking, Specs/Features study, Pricing, Application Study, Customer survey).
- Study the market dynamics, opportunities, end-user requirements, benchmark comparison, understanding operating practices, and market research.
- Service Readiness dashboard of Regular & New products & documents preparation (Product Flash, OPM Proofreading, FMK &Aggregates Sign off, Finalization Training content to conduct Training with Field Team& ETDC team, etc,)
- Customer visits to visit any concern/Installation of New products
- Benchmarking trails with competitor’s Product costing /pricing with the strategic study of competitors.
- Product positioning as per customer application, requisition, and competition.
- Product testing & performance analysis of new & renewed products of our as well as competitor.
- Product strategic and market plan for the product line, including the definition of market size, segments, and trends affecting product needs, usage & customer practice.
- Market the legacy product end to end by working on the feedback from the markets and providing solutions.
- Consumer behavior mapping/consumer research/consumer surveys, interpreting market research and customer trends and feedback.
- Coordinate with the design team for product improvement on a regular basis.
- Field surveys to know about customer requirements, application & customer requisition.
- Communication to marketing teams about existing product improvements & new features
