I have urgent requirement in An Automotive OEM Company based at Madhya Pradesh
Open Position : Dy. Manager- Vehicle Assembly Process / Line Quality assurance
Qualification & Experience: Full Time- BE/M.Tech with recognized institutes only with 1 to 6yrs of experience (All the qualification must be pass throughout 60% including 10th & 12th)
Location: Madhya Pradesh
- Knowledge of interpretation of engineering drawing.
- Should have hand on experience of Assembly Product / Process Audit.
- Knowledge of Control plan and inspection check sheet preparation.
- Hand on experience on Onboard error analysis and corrective actions.
- Knowledge BSIV/ BSVI quality Norms
- Needs analytical skill and hand on experience on Quality tools like 8D, 7QC tools, PFMEA etc.
- Knowledge of assembly process & machine validation.
- Hand on experience of use of basic measuring instrument.
- Lean Six sigma is additional advantage.
- Candidate should have excellent leadership quality and ability to make the reports and presentation along with presentation skills.
- Having work experience in CFT work culture along with leadership approach to drive the different forum meetings
- Candidate should be ready to travel as and when required towards Customer First Quality.
