I am looking for Quality Professional in my team as Quality Head Based at Ludhiana.
JD of the Position is given Below:-
The position is responsible for overall product quality by regular monitoring of critical quality parameters in the areas of manufacturing, supplier & field quality and analysis of all quality parameters, facilitating the team members for corrective and preventive actions through standardization, deployment and monitoring of quality control mechanisms across the plant.- Maintenance & up gradation of quality standards across the company
- Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defines quality methods for employee to apply
- Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
- Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements.
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
- Identifying relevant quality – related training need.
- Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters
- Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Quality problems analysis (both internal & external customer)
- Quality audits on continuous basis
- Quality system & supplier up gradation
Process knowledge like PU, PVC Moulding and Vacuum Foaming would be added advantage.
Professional in BE Mechanical with MBA
Experience Levels (in no. of years): 15 plus years of experience with exposure to quality system maintenance.
