Urgent Opening for AM/ Dy. Mgr Product Engineer - Near Gwalior ( M. P )
A leading Group in Defence Equipment's Manufacturing.
Job Purpose
Maintain product drawings, records, SOP, technical specifications, revision control, ECN, drawing management. Lead product item codes creating in SAP, Maintain SOP, technical specifications, Maintain all drawings regarding fixtures and gauges.
Key Accountabilities
* Preparation & modification of the design & process through the verification, validation & finalization stages that include Prototype development, surface treatments/protection, Inspection methodology & preservation of product to ensure high quality.
* Conceptualization & Designing of Products and mechanism, 3D Modeling & Assembly of products, Jig & Fixture Design using Computer-aided software’s
* Expertise in analyzing the customer requirements and offering feasible solutions to the same. Routing & scheduling of a product or the materials take on the production line
* Analyzing the customer technical requirements and translating the same into feasible solutions through in-process drawing, technical specification & technical support. Responsible to Ensure Product technical Specs meets Customer need.
* Design Validation, Demonstration, Feedback Review with Internal/External Customers
* Data management including Creating product design & Drawing, Engineering BOM & Technical Documents there releases & implementation including ECN’s.
* Participate in regular technical reviews / Customer Requirement / Product Assessment with internal and external departments.
* Knowledge of the implementation of SAP activities & ISO & AS documentations
* Prepare Various reports for Daily, fortnightly Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annually.

Experience & Educational Requirements
BE Mechanical Minimum of 8 years related experience in product engineering in a manufacturing sector ( Preferred Defence Or Modern Machine shop )
Desirable-
-Six Sigma Certified
- APQP & PPAP DOCUMENTATION KNOWLEDGE AS PER ISO 9001:2008
- Working experience in SAP
Other-
-Team Player. Analytical Skills. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Desirable:
· Working Experience in Defence Sector
· Defence parts development knowledge is beneficial.
