Skills- Handling & Controlling Suppliers, Team Lead, Decision Making.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. APQP; PPAP
2. IATF 16949; Process audit: e.g. VDA 6.3,
3. 8D Analysis, 7 QC Tools
4. Handling Paint , Painted Part , Molded and Sheet Metal , Rubber Parts
5. Supplier Quality Assurance Activities
6. Receiving Inspection activities
7. Supplier Rating And Performance Monitoring
8. Quality issues and effectives monitoring with Supplier
9. Quality Agreement with Supplier and Monitoring results
10. Supplier Up gradation
11. Five Core tool (SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA)
