Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM- QA(VERTICAL HEAD-ADC)
Experience – 20+ years
Qualification –B.E/B.Tech/Diploma-Mech
CTC - may raise upto 25L only.
Industry preferred: Aluminum die casting machine shop
Experience - Minimum 4 years of experience in handling customer like MSIL, HMSI, HMCL, TVSM.

8D, 5Why Analysis, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, VDA6.3, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Conversant with Aluminium Die Casting & Machining process, Experience in handling New Product Development through APQP methodology,
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
2. Monitor all operations that affect quality.
3. Audit of third party manufacturing unit as per schedule.
4. Review and drafting of MSDS and other technical details of the project.
5. Review of deviations, change control, incidents and CAPA.
6. Planning and implementing performance improvement and quality assurance programs.

7. Ensuring product compliance with legal and quality standards.
8. Defining processes and conduct quality management system related activities.
9. Prepare and present management reviews.
10. Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements.
11. Conduct Product, Process and systems audits and facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
12. Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures.
13. Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
14. Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
